Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our fabric printing services.

What is dye sublimation printing?+

Dye sublimation is a digital printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto fabric. The ink transforms from a solid to a gas, bonding directly with the fabric fibers. This produces vibrant, permanent colors that won't crack, peel, or fade — ideal for trade show displays, banners, and fabric graphics.

What fabric is used for banners?+

We use premium polyester knit fabrics for our banners. These materials are lightweight, wrinkle-resistant, and deliver excellent color saturation. Different fabric weights are available depending on your application — from lightweight indoor displays to heavier outdoor-grade materials.

Can fabric banners be washed?+

Yes. Our dye sublimation printed fabric banners are machine washable. The dye bonds permanently with the fibers, so colors remain vibrant even after repeated washing. We recommend cold water, gentle cycle, and air drying for best results.

What is double sided fabric printing?+

Double sided fabric printing produces graphics on both sides of a single piece of fabric. We use two material options: Blackout Fabric (with a middle black layer that blocks light, producing completely independent designs on each side) and Flag Fabric (lightweight and semi-transparent, suitable for flags and banners where some show-through is acceptable).

What is the difference between blackout fabric and flag fabric for double sided printing?+

Blackout fabric has a middle black layer that blocks light transmission, making each side's design completely independent and non-transparent. It's thicker and ideal for trade show backdrops and displays where opacity matters. Flag fabric is lightweight and semi-transparent, better suited for flags and hanging banners in outdoor or well-lit settings.

What is the difference between stretch table covers and standard table covers?+

Stretch table covers are made from spandex-blend fabric that fits snugly over tables for a wrinkle-free, tailored look. Standard table covers (table throws) drape over the table with a looser fit and are typically printed on polyester. Stretch covers are ideal for modern exhibition booths; standard covers work well for conferences and trade shows.

Do you provide OEM fabric printing?+

Yes. OEM fabric printing is a core part of our business. We work with exhibition companies, sign makers, display manufacturers, and brand agencies to produce custom fabric graphics under their specifications. Contact us to discuss your OEM requirements including MOQ, lead times, and custom material options.
